Your appointment is important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. For cancellations, please text 551-220-3666.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

​

Please understand that cancellations on short notice prohibits other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. We know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked. As a courtesy, all appointments are confirmed via email and text 72 hours in advance. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation penalties.

• Please do not respond to the email or text that contains your confirmation. We will NOT receive the cancellation request. Always text or call (551) 220-3666 If you need to cancel or reschedule.

​

-A 10 minute grace period is allotted for any appointment reservation. Anything after 10 minutes will result in a late fee of $20 being applied to your total. Please consider traffic and parking when you leave for your appointment.

- Due to time restrictions, being 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled automatically. This will result in a charge for 100% of your scheduled service.

* I authorize and grant permission(s) to KW.Kosmetics LLC to charge my credit card 100% of the reserved service amount in the event that I am 15 minutes late, no show, or cancel within 24 hours of my appointment. *

- Less than 48-hour cancellation notice will result in a forfeit of your nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit.

​

- “NO SHOWS” or any appointment canceled on the day of your scheduled service or within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge for 100% of the reserved service amount.

​

-When booking your appointment, please consider that all deposits are non refundable, non transferable, and exclusive to only you. You may transfer your deposit to another appointment (Of the same service) as a one-time courtesy as long as it meets the 48 hour cancellation policy. Availability restrictions may apply.

- The nonrefundable deposits due at booking are applied to your service. The additional $1 added to your booking fee will not come off the service charge. (Example: $25 towards service. $1 site booking fee.)

- Please come to your appointments free of any makeup, lotions, and/or oils as they may hinder your results.

​

- There will be no refunds on services rendered.
